사도 바울 - 두 번째 여행

In the wake of the Council of Jerusalem, Paul set out once more - this time without Barnabas - on a journey that would carry Jesus' message into Europe for the first time.

Guided by visions, strengthened by new companions, and undeterred by beatings, imprisonment, and closed doors,

Paul planted churches in Philippi, Thessalonica, Athens, and Corinth. What began as a simple return visit to earlier congregations became one of the most consequential travels in history. This is the story of that second journey.

After the Council of Jerusalem settled the question of Gentile inclusion, Paul set out on a second missionary journey that would carry the gospel into Europe for the first time. Accompanied by Silas and later Timothy, he traveled nearly 2,800 miles—revisiting earlier churches, receiving a vision that redirected him to Macedonia, founding commun-ities in Philippi, Thessalonica, Berea, Athens, and Corinth, enduring beatings and imprisonment, and writing letters that still encourage believers today. The journey reveals how purpose, partnership, and resilience can open entirely new frontiers.
